It provides procedures and apparatus for the testing of the air cleanliness of cleanrooms in an ambient environment. ISO 14644-3:2005 is a revised version of ISO 14644-3:2001 and retains the same functionality. This ISO standard was published in 2005. The work of revision began in 1996 and in 2003 all process of revision was finished. As such it was decided not to make ISO 14644-3:2005 a new standard but to include all changes from ISO 14644-3:2001 and a few minor corrections. I have a test class that opens a System.IO.Stream using a FileStream and reads it. In my test suite, I need to use the same test class multiple times and the same method that reads the stream. I don't want the files to be locked (and kept locked) while one test is running, because I have to assume they are not always the same size and they may already be open. Currently I'm using File.ReadAllLines to get an array and then iterating over that array. Is there a better way? I could create a new FileStream and start reading it over again, but then I need to worry about manually flushing and closing the stream, which seems like it could lead to memory leaks if I do it a bunch. I also thought of creating my own Stream implementation that could do the work for me, but that's also just another layer of abstraction that I want to avoid if I don't need to use it. A: Use a using statement to dispose of the stream when you are done with it. It doesn't make much sense to keep open a stream you don't plan on using. File.ReadAllLines() should not need to be called more than once unless the stream has been closed. The proper way to solve this problem would be to not open streams until you know you are going to use them, and disposing them after you are done with them.
